Potato Salad Recipe

Indulge in this delish Red Skin Potato Salad by Tianna's Tastebuds!
Course Side Dish
Prep Time 30 minutes
Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium-sized red skin potatoes, boiled with the skin on, cooled, and cubed
  • 1 egg, hard-boiled and diced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4-5 drops Hedessent Fried Onion Flavouring
  • 4-5 drops Hedessent Garlic Flavouring
  • 3-4 drops Hedessent Black Truffle Flavouring
  • 1-2 drops Hedessent Hickory Bacon Flavouring
  • fresh dill, optional 

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add mayonnaise and all Hedessent flavourings. Mix well.
  • In a large bowl, combine boiled, cubed, and cooled red skin potatoes with diced, hard-boiled egg. Mix in your mayonnaise dressing until everything is coated.
  • Top with fresh herbs like dill. Enjoy
