Shipping and Return Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2021, a division of Flavour Art North America Inc., does not accept product returns. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be communicated to us at no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. A reshipment will be arranged should Hedessent (a division of Flavour Art North America Inc.) deem that your package has been lost in transit. If your package is damaged, damages upon delivery must be communicated to us at within 24hrs of receiving your shipment.

Wrong Address – If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed and updated your address.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returns: All Sales are Final. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
