Instructions for Use
For best results, add our flavours to your recipe by mixing a few drops into your wet ingredients. For sweet dishes, whipped cream or condensed milk is a great base to start experimenting with flavour. For savory dishes, try butters and oils. We recommend 5 drops per 100g of food to start as a baseline. Taste and then sweeten or season, adjusting as desired. Flavour your beverages by simply adding a few drops right into your coffee, tea, soda, or cocktail.
If you are baking, remember that some of the flavour will cook out, so you may need to increase the amount used to compensate.

I used this when making a Caesar in place of Tabasco sauce. This was the best Caesar I have ever had. Only 1 or 2 drops are enough to give the drink a nice kick and it elevates the original Caesar recipe to a new level.

This was not my favourite unfortunately. It has a chili oil taste but the lingering heat/spice is just…odd. It burns in a way that’s not really familiar to me from my experience with peppers of varying heat. I can’t put my finger on it, but the tingle it left behind wasn’t pleasant and it lasted longer that I would like. This might be a benefit for some people if you’re looking for additional heat and a longer burn in your dish
