Looking for a tasty, alcohol-free mocktail that’s bursting with flavour? Then you’ve got to try this Peach Almond Sour! The subtle combination of almond and peach adds a rich depth to this drink, giving you a refreshing twist on the classic Amaretto Sour.

To make it even better, Heather’s Vanilla Bourbon tea infusion really showcases just how easy it is to add that extra layer of complexity. Flavour infusions are all the rage these days, so trust us when we say our flavour drops will be your secret weapon to ensure unique and consistent flavour every time!
So, let’s dive into this easy-to-make mocktail and enjoy a perfect blend of sweetness and tang, minus the alcohol.

Peach Almond Sour
Ingredients
Tea Infusion
- 2 cups boiled water
- 1/4 cup Ceylon black tea
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Flavour Drops
Peach Almond Sour Cocktail
- 2 oz tea infusion *see recipe
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz egg white
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 30 drops Hedessent Almond Flavour Drops
- 25 drops Hedessent Peach Flavour Drops
Garnish
- Sliced Peaches and Cherries (optional)
Instructions
Tea Infusion
- Toast tea leaves on a baking tray at 300°F for 25 minutes until fragrant.
- Add tea leaves to a heat-safe container and steep tea with boiled water for 30 minutes.
- Strain using a fine mesh sieve and discard tea leaves. Allow tea to fully cool.
- Add cider vinegar and Vanilla Bourbon to cooled tea. Stir.
Almond Peach Sour:
- To a cocktail shaker, add egg white and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
- Add more ice, tea, lemon juice, and Hedessent flavours. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain mocktail into a Nick and Nora-style coupe glass. Garnish with peach slices and a luxardo cherry.
