wine or pilsner glass

Ingredients

3 oz Sparkling Wine
1 oz Gin
½ oz Aperol
½ oz Peach Liqueur
½ cup Frozen Peaches
6 drops Hedessent Yuzu Flavour Drops
6 drops Hedessent Lime Flavour Drops
ice

Instructions

To a blender, add frozen peaches, Aperol, peach liqueur, gin, Hedessent Flavour Drops, and 1 ounce of sparkling wine. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mix into an ice-filled glass. Top off with the remaining 2 ounces of sparkling wine.
Mix to incorporate, top with peach slice, and enjoy!
