Equipment

  • wine or pilsner glass

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Sparkling Wine
  • 1 oz Gin
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • ½ oz Peach Liqueur
  • ½ cup Frozen Peaches
  • 6 drops Hedessent Yuzu Flavour Drops
  • 6 drops Hedessent Lime Flavour Drops
  • ice

Instructions

  • To a blender, add frozen peaches, Aperol, peach liqueur, gin, Hedessent Flavour Drops, and 1 ounce of sparkling wine. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mix into an ice-filled glass. Top off with the remaining 2 ounces of sparkling wine.
  • Mix to incorporate, top with peach slice, and enjoy!
