Who says fall flavours have to come in a hot cup? When you’re craving something cold but still want those cosy autumn flavours, this Salted Caramel & Pecan Cold Brew hits the spot.
Rich cold brew, a splash of cream and a sweet, nutty twist of salted caramel and pecan. It’s an easy way to shake up your usual afternoon coffee without a trip to the coffee shop.
The best part? You can make it your way! Start with a little maple syrup or homemade unflavoured simple syrup, add a few drops of flavour and adjust the sweetness to suit your taste.

Salted Caramel + Pecan Cold Brew
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup half & half
- ½-1 oz simple syrup or maple syrup to taste
- 5-10 drops Hedessent Salted Caramel Flavour Drops
- 1-3 drops Hedessent Pecan Flavour Drops
Instructions
- Combine 1 oz of unflavoured simple syrup or maple syrup with 5–10 drops of Salted Caramel and 1–3 drops of Pecan Flavour Drops. Stir well. A little pecan goes a long way, so start small!
- Build your cold brew: Fill a glass with ice and add your cold brew coffee.
- Stir in about ½ oz of your flavoured syrup. Add more or less depending on how sweet you like your coffee.
- Top with half & half, give it a stir and enjoy!
