Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

- Stand Mixer
Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese, (250 grams) at room temperature, cubed
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 30 drops Hedessent Cheesecake Flavour Drops
- 25 drops Hedessent Vanilla Cookie Flavour Drops
- 20 drops Hedessent Apple Pie Flavour Drops
- 2/3 cup pumpkin purée
- Pinch of salt
Optional For Serving
- graham crackers
- apple slices
Instructions
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a medium-sized bowl with a hand mixer), beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, all flavour drops, and salt until light and fluffy.
- Remove from the mixer and gently fold in the pumpkin purée by hand until smooth and combined.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight to develop flavour.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, or your chosen accompaniments. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
