Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese, (250 grams) at room temperature, cubed
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 30 drops Hedessent Cheesecake Flavour Drops
  • 25 drops Hedessent Vanilla Cookie Flavour Drops
  • 20 drops Hedessent Apple Pie Flavour Drops
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • Pinch of salt

Optional For Serving

  • graham crackers
  • apple slices

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a medium-sized bowl with a hand mixer), beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, all flavour drops, and salt until light and fluffy.
  • Remove from the mixer and gently fold in the pumpkin purée by hand until smooth and combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight to develop flavour.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, or your chosen accompaniments. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
