In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a medium-sized bowl with a hand mixer), beat the cream cheese, icing sugar, all flavour drops, and salt until light and fluffy.
Remove from the mixer and gently fold in the pumpkin purée by hand until smooth and combined.
Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight to develop flavour.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with graham crackers, apple slices, or your chosen accompaniments. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
