The first recipe uses a blend of cashew butter, Caramel, and Vanilla Cookie Flavour Drops to provide the most scrumptious Caramel Cookie Spread.

The second recipe ramps up the savory side of peanut butter, indulging in a unique flavour opportunity with our easy Flavour Drops. We’ve blended peanut butter, Chili Hot, Fried Onion, and Garlic to create a vibrant peanut stir fry dip perfect for groups and gatherings.

The third recipe is a nut-free option that plays on the nut-like flavour of sunflower seeds. The combination of sunflower seed butter, Parmesan, Basil, and Garlic makes a deliciously fragrant Nut-Free Pesto Dip, perfect to pair with crackers or fresh bread.

SWEET: Caramel Cookie Spread

Course Snack
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 30 drops Hedessent Caramel Flavour Drops
  • 30 drops Hedessent Vanilla Cookie Flavour Drops
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil as needed, neutral flavour like avocado oil or vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. If needed, add oil, one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Add to serving bowl and serve with apple slices, bread, or desired accompaniments.

 

SAVORY: Peanut Stir Fry Dip

Course Snack
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 4

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural, runny peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 30 drops Hedessent Fried Onion Flavour Drops
  • 30 drops Hedessent Garlic Flavour Drops
  • 5-10 drops Hedessent Chili Hot Flavour Drops (start with less, taste and adjust based on desired spice level)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water as needed

Garnish (optional)

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or blender. If needed, add water, one tablespoon at a time until thinned and desired consistency is reached.
  • Add to serving bowl and top with optional sesame seeds.
  • Serve with chopped red pepper, carrots, snap peas, or desired accompaniments.

NUT FREE: Pesto Dip

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter

  • 20 drops Hedessent Garlic Flavour Drops
