We’re back in the kitchen with Katherine for another holiday collab. And this one is perfect for Christmas morning… deliciously simple and chaos free!
If you caught Katherine’s first recipe, you already know she’s a pro at festive, no-fuss holiday cooking. And this one? It’s the definition of easy holiday breakfast. Sheet Pan Pancakes are the ultimate “everyone’s still in pyjamas and no one wants to flip pancakes” kind of breakfast. Just mix, pour, bake, and let the oven take over.
What makes this recipe extra special is how easily you can play with flavour. Katherine used our Butterscotch Flavour Drops, but any of our festive favourites will work. So go head and have some fun with it. Gingerbread, Maple, Cinnamon, Eggnog, or even a bright pop of Mandarin Orange… the list goes on. if you want something unexpected.
A drop or two brings big, cozy flavour without adding sugar, altering texture, or complicating your morning.
Perfect for holiday brunch, slow starts, or feeding a hungry crowd before or after the festivities begin.
Big thanks to Katherine for bringing another festive favourite to our holiday lineup. We know this one’s going to be a hit all season long. Scroll for the full recipe — and don’t forget to tag us @hedessent.ca when you make your version!
