A flavour is reminiscent of a blue “freezie,” or what some may know as blue “flavor ice.
Instructions for Use
For best results dilute our flavours into a key wet ingredient such as water, butter, whip cream, milk, egg or vegan alternative. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 5 drops per 100g of food and adjust to taste. Our bottles come with built in droppers for easy measuring. A 10ml bottle of food flavouring contains around 250-300 drops. A 60ml bottle is approx. 18,000 drops of concentrated flavour.
If you are baking, remember that some of the flavour will ‘cook out’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.
