Yuzu, Ginger, and a touch of Cardamom come together to make this bittersweet, effervescent, and low-ABV cocktail that will be the spritz-song of your summer!

This Yuzu Ginger Spritz created by the ever-so-talented Rewati Kulkarni, aka Seulfood_ features our Yuzu and Ginger Flavour drops. They harmonize beautifully with bursts of citrus and spice, while the cardamom bitters add a savory complexity.

Yuzu, a unique citrus fruit originating from Japan, is renowned for its tart, yet sweet taste. It combines the best of grapefruit, lemon, and mandarin. Popular in Japanese cuisine, yuzu is often used in sauces, dressings, and desserts, adding a distinctive citrus note that elevates any dish or drink. Difficult to source in North America, our Flavour Drops are a surefire way to ensure you can enjoy this deliciousness that is Yuzu anytime you want!

To make this delightful spritz, start by adding ice to a spritz glass. In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, flavour drops, cardamom bitters, dry vermouth, and Cocchi Americano. Give it a short shake, and strain it into the prepared glass. Top it off with unflavoured tonic water for a fizzy finish. Garnish with a lemon peel and sliced ginger for a dramatic touch.

Whether you’re entertaining guests or simply unwinding after a long day, this Yuzu Ginger Spritz is a versatile and delicious option that is sure to impress.

Cheers to a refreshing and flavourful summer!
