Yuzu Ginger Spritz

- 4 oz unflavoured tonic water
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz Cocci Americano
- 20 drops Hedessent Yuzu Natural Flavour Drops
- 15 drops Hedessent Ginger Natural Flavour Drops
- 3 - 4 drops Cardamom bitters
- Ice
- Lemon peel -optional
- Sliced ginger -optional
Add a quarter cup of ice to a large spritz glass. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, flavour drops, bitters, and the spirits. Short shake and strain into the prepped glass. Top with tonic water.
Garnish with the lemon peel & ginger slice. Cheers!
