Raspberry Sour

Servings 1

Ingredients

½ cup of ice cubes
½ cup club soda
2-3 tbsp raspberry syrup
10 drops Hedessent Lemon Flavour Drops
10 drops Hedessent Lime Flavour Drops
10 drops Hedessent Sour Wizard
5-7 frozen raspberries
2-3 slices fresh lime

Instructions

Fill a small to medium-sized glass with ice cubes.
Add 10 drops each of Hedessent Lemon, Lime, and Sour Wizard.
Pour the club soda over the ice and drops.
Stir in the raspberry syrup.
Garnish with lime slices and enjoy!

Notes

Raspberry Flavoured Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
½ cup Sugar
½ cup water
1 tsp Raspberry Flavour

Instructions:

1. In a pot, add equal parts water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer until sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat.

2. Add in 1/4 tsp of Raspberry Flavour Drops to start, taste and adjust. Continue to add in 1/4 tsp increments until you reach desired taste.

3. Add in a few drops of Red Food Colouring (optional). Store in fridge for up to 4 weeks.
