Vanilla Cookie Dalgona
Ingredients
- 2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 40 drops Vanilla Cookie Flavour Drops 20 in whipped coffee, 20 in milk
- Ice
Instructions
Whipped Coffee
- In a medium bowl, combine instant coffee, brown sugar, hot water, and flavour
- Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until it becomes thick, frothy, and forms stiff peaks. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
Milk Prep
- In a separate bowl or jug, add 2 cups of milk and 20 drops of Vanilla Cookie Flavour Drops. Stir well to combine.
Assembly
- Pour the vanilla-flavoured milk into glass
- Gently spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk.
- Give it a stir so some of the whipped coffee blends into the milk before drinking and enjoy!
