Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar alternative: 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
25 drops Hedessent Vanilla Cookie
¾ cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk

Mix Ins

3-5 chocolate sandwich cookies broken

Instructions

Microwave the softened cream cheese for about 10 seconds.
Stir in sugar (or sweetened condensed milk if using) until the mixture resembles a frosting.
Slowly whisk in heavy cream, milk and Vanilla Cookie flavour until everything is smooth.
Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
Process using the Ice Cream function.
Create a 1½ inch-wide hole in the center, add cookie pieces, then run the Mix-In function.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Most Ninja Creami recipes call for about 1 tsp of flavouring or extract. When using Hedessent Flavour Drops, we recommend starting with 10–20 drops. Some of our recipes we used ¼ tsp+ (about 40 drops), but the exact amount will depend on the flavour. Always start small, taste, and adjust to get it just right.
