For best results, add our flavours to your recipe by mixing a few drops into your wet ingredients. For sweet dishes, whipped cream or condensed milk is a great base to start experimenting with flavour. For savory dishes, try butters and oils. We recommend 5 drops per 100g of food to start as a baseline. Taste and then sweeten or season, adjusting as desired.
If you are baking, remember that some of the flavour will cook out, so you may need to increase the amount used to compensate.
About Our Bottles
Our bottles come with built-in droppers for easy measuring. PLUS, with our NEW 30mL bottles you can twist open the top for large patch measurements. But remember, our flavours are concentrated. A little goes a long way.
Here’s an approximate amount how much flavour you get per bottle size:
• 10mL bottle = 250-300 drops.
• 30mL bottle = 1,200 – 1300 drops
• 60mL bottle = 2,400+
There is enough flavour concentrate in our 30ml and 60mL bottles to last you well over 6+ months (even if you cook with it a lot!) Trust us when we say our little bottles pack a lot of flavour.
Storage Recommendations
Our product will last up to 2 years. To test if your flavour is still stable, open the bottle. If you can smell it, it is ready for use. Opened flavours don’t require refrigeration – just store the bottle on your spice rack for easy access when you need it.

I like the other flavors I’ve bought but this one not so much. First, I bought it to add to drinks but unlike most of the other flavorings this one is oil based and does not dissolve in water. In addition, mostly I just taste heat and not the ginger flavor I was going for. However, used in a dish where there is something to distribute the oil and one wants that peppery kick it would probably be fine.

Hi Alice, thank you so much for sharing your feedback. Sorry to hear you weren’t able to use this flavour in particular as you initially intended. You are correct, this flavour, given that it’s oil soluble, is better suited for savory dishes, like stir-fry, marinades, or rice dishes.
We are excited to share with you that we are in the process of developing a ginger water soluble flavour that will be perfect for drinks, like making your own ginger beer and other fun beverages. We don’t have specifics yet on exact release date, but you can expect it in the early new year. We will keep you updated.
