Matcha’s having a serious main character moment—and honestly, we’re here for it.

It’s green, it’s glam, and it’s giving major wellness energy. But this isn’t your average matcha latte. We’ve stirred in some serious flavour using our Coconut and Ginger Flavour Drops to serve up a sip that’s tropical, zesty, and totally picture-worthy—if it lasts long enough to snap a photo, that is.

Matcha Ginger Latte

Why Matcha?

Aside from its eye-catching good looks, matcha is loaded with antioxidants, supports brain function, and delivers a slow-release caffeine buzz—giving you that morning pick-me-up without the crash.

Flavour Hack: The Hedessent Way

Infusing custom flavour profiles into your drinks shouldn’t require a degree in mixology. That’s where we come in. A few drops of Coconut and Ginger in your honey base, and you’ve just hacked your latte into a layered, aromatic masterpiece. No mess. No stress. Just sips of pure deliciousness.

Whether you’re sipping it iced, swirled with some oat milk, or giving it that final stir for the perfect blend, this is the kind of latte that looks fancy—but is secretly a breeze to make.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 1

Ingredients

Flavoured Honey

  • 3 tsp liquid honey
  • 15 drops drops Coconut flavour
  • 5 drops drops Ginger OS

Latte Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder ceremonial grade for best foam
  • 2 oz hot water not boiling—approx. 80°C / 175°F
  • 8 oz oat beverage cold
  • Ice

Instructions

Flavoured Honey

  • In a small dish, combine honey with Coconut and Ginger Flavour Drops.
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly blended.
  • Note: Ginger OS is oil-soluble, so it must be mixed into the honey. The honey acts as the carrier to properly disperse the ginger flavour in your drink.

Making your Matcha

  • Sift matcha into a bowl.
  • Add half of the hot water and whisk gently to dissolve lumps.
  • Add the remaining hot water and whisk vigorously until a rich foam forms.

Assembly

  • Line the inside of your glass with the flavoured honey.
  • Add ice.
  • Pour in the oat beverage.
  • Top with the foamy matcha.

The best part about this recipe is you can flavour it however you want. So have fun!
