Instructions
Making Cold Brew Coffee
- Coarsely grind the coffee beans to a medium coarseness, ideal for a French press.
- Transfer the grounds to a 2-litre jar, and slowly pour filtered water over them, stirring well to ensure all grounds are wet.
- Cover and let it sit at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
- After brewing, place a cheesecloth-lined sieve over a large measuring cup or bowl, and slowly pour the coffee through the strainer. Do not press the grounds to avoid releasing bitter oils.
- Transfer the strained cold brew to a clean jar and refrigerate for up to 7-10 days.
Caramel Hazelnut Cold Brew
- Fill a large glass (12-16 oz) with ice. Add 3/4 to 1 cup of cold brew coffee and Vanilla Cookie Flavour Drops. Stir briefly. If using a smaller cup, adjust the amount of coffee accordingly.
- In a separate container, mix half and half, condensed milk (if using), Caramel Flavour Drops, and Hazelnut Flavour Drops until well combined.
- Pour the flavoured cream over the cold brew, add more ice if necessary, stir, and enjoy!
