This Pineapple Banana Sorbet is sunshine in a scoop. The banana brings natural sweetness, while Vanilla Ice Cream Drops add creamy depth. A touch of Coconut or Mango Flavour Drops softens the pineapple’s tart bite, making every spoonful taste like a getaway. Easy to whip up in the Ninja® Creami, it’s the ultimate frozen treat for squeezing out every last bit of summer.
Pineapple Banana Sorbet

- Ninja Creami Deluxe
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 3-4 ripe banana fresh or frozen
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut water or water
- 25 drops Hedessent Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour Drops
- 15 drops Hedessent Coconut or Mango Flavour Drops
- Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or agave if you want extra sweetness
Instructions
- Add pineapple, banana, and coconut water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in Vanilla Ice Cream and Coconut or Mango Flavour Drops. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, process on the Sorbet function.
- If the texture comes out crumbly, hit the Re-spin button until smooth.
- Scoop and enjoy. Bonus points for topping with fresh fruit or shredded coconut.
