Pineapple Banana Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3-4 ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut water or water
  • 25 drops Hedessent Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour Drops
  • 15 drops Hedessent Coconut or Mango Flavour Drops
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or agave if you want extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Add pineapple, banana, and coconut water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in Vanilla Ice Cream and Coconut or Mango Flavour Drops. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, cover, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • After freezing, process on the Sorbet function.
  • If the texture comes out crumbly, hit the Re-spin button until smooth.
  • Scoop and enjoy. Bonus points for topping with fresh fruit or shredded coconut.

Notes

Flavour tip: Vanilla Ice Cream Drops bring that creamy, nostalgic sweetness, while Coconut or Mango smooth out pineapple’s tart bite for a perfectly tropical finish.
