Holiday Shipping Notice

Due to the holiday season and service disruptions caused by the Canada Post strike, shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed for any orders placed after December 11th, 2024, particularly for delivery before Christmas.

Canada Post Shipping Update

Canada Post shipping has resumed, but they are not accepting new orders until December 20th, 2024. Shipments that were delayed due to the strike are being processed on a first-in, first-out basis to clear the backlog.

If you require tracking information for orders affected by the strike, please contact us, and we will gladly resend the details. Please note that at this time, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES
We will continue using our alternate courier, Sendle, for all shipments until the Canada Post backlog is cleared and held shipments are delivered. Canada Post shipping options will be available again once the delays are resolved and service resumes as normal. Our store remains open, and live shipping rates are calculated and provided by our courier at checkout.
