Twisted Whipped Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 1/3 cup half and half or whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp Hedessent Passionfruit flavour (40-50 drops)
- Pinch Salt
- 2-3 oz vodka (Optional)
- 2 cups ice
Garnish
- Whipped Cream (Optional)
- Lemon Slice (Optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, condensed milk, half and half, Passionfruit flavour, salt, vodka (if using), and ice. Whirl until puréed and thick. Stir and taste, adding more flavour if desired.
- Divide among chilled glasses and top with whipped cream (if using) and lemon slices.
Notes
Flavour Tip: Swap out Hedessent Passionfruit Flavour with ¼ tsp Hedessent Mango Flavour for another tropical option.
For an added flare, try adding any of our dessert flavours to your whipped cream like Vanilla Ice Cream, Premium Custard or Custard Cream. Flavouring whipped cream is really easy you only need about 5-10 drops per 100g.
