We’re keeping the Tasty + Bright vibes rolling with another delicious creator collab…

And this one is proof that you don’t have to skip dessert to stay on track this holiday season. Our friend Ashlen aka All Nutrition Kitchen, whipped up a high-protein, vegan friendly chocolate mousse that’s silky, rich, and unbelievably simple to make. The secret ingredient? Soft tofu! It gives you all that creamy, dreamy texture without dairy or added fats. Plus, a serious boost of plant-based protein.

From there, it’s all about the flavour. Using our Flavour Drops, Ashlen turned one healthy dessert base into two delicious creations, without overloading on the sugar.

  1. Version one: a cozy Hazelnut Marshmallow blend that tastes like dessert by the fire.
  2. Version two: a Mandarin Orange twist that’s bright, citrusy, and full of festive cheer.

It’s the kind of dessert that looks impressive, feels indulgent, but takes less than ten minutes to make. Just blend, flavour, chill, and you’re done.

The best part? You can mix and match flavours endlessly. Think Candy Cane, Eggnog, or even Gingerbread for holiday hosting. Because when your flavours are this concentrated and sugar-free, you can have fun experimenting without adding extra calories or sugar. Just pure, delicious taste.
