Press the tofu between paper towels to remove as much water as possible.
Add the tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend on high for about 20 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mousse into two bowls.
In one bowl, add your Hazelnut and Marshmallow Flavour Drops. In the other, add your Mandarin Orange Flavour Drops. Stir well to combine.
Store in airtight containers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and set.
Serve with your favourite toppings, like fresh fruit, shaved dark chocolate, or coconut whip, and enjoy!
