For best results, add our flavours to your recipe by mixing a few drops into your wet ingredients. For sweet dishes, whipped cream or condensed milk is a great base to start experimenting with flavour. For savory dishes, try butters and oils. We recommend 5 drops per 100g of food to start as a baseline. Taste and then sweeten or season, adjusting as desired. Flavour your beverages by simply adding a few drops right into your coffee, tea, soda, or cocktail.

If you are baking, remember that some of the flavour will cook out, so you may need to increase the amount used to compensate.

Our bottles come with built-in droppers for easy measuring — perfect for adding just the right amount every time. With our 30 mL bottles, you can also twist open the top for larger batch measurements.

Because our flavours are concentrated, a little goes a long way. Here’s an estimate of how much flavour you’ll get per bottle size:

• 10 mL = approximately 300+ drops
• 30 mL = approximately 950+ drops

Our flavours are made to last. Store them sealed and out of direct sunlight, and they’ll stay vibrant and ready to use whenever inspiration strikes. If you can still smell the flavour when you open the bottle, it’s good to go. No refrigeration required. Just keep it on your spice rack within reach.
