Combine almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave on low for 15 to 20 seconds. Stir until everything is melted and blended. Microwave for 10 more seconds if needed.
Add Matcha Flavour to the wet mixture.
In a separate large bowl, mix in oats and salt.
Pour in wet mixture and mix until well incorporated. Add a tbsp of water if it looks dry.
Line a pan with parchment paper. Press mixture down into pan firmly until mixture becomes solid. Use the bottom of a measuring cup for a flatter press.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Cut into squares.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave (Feel free to add a few drops of flavour to the chocolate if you so choose)
Drizzle chocolate on top of squares and let cool until chocolate firms. Enjoy.
