Ingredients

Café Bon Bon

  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 1-2 tbsp condensed milk (per drink) adjust sweetness to personal preference
  • 1-2 tbsp flavoured whipping cream enough for a dollop
  • 15 drops Hedessent Irish Cream Flavour Drops approximately 15 drops per drink

Flavoured Whipping Cream

  • 1/2 cup whipping Cream
  • 40 drops Hedessent Irish Cream Flavour Drops
  • 10 drops Hedessent Mocha Flavour Drops

Instructions

Flavoured Whipping Cream

  • In a medium-sized bowl, whip ½ cup of whipping cream with 40 drops of Irish Cream and 10 drops of Mocha. Set aside.

Making your Café Bombón

  • In an espresso cup, pour 1-2 tbsp of condensed milk, adjusting the amount to your preference.
  • Add 15 drops of Irish Cream to the condensed milk and stir to combine.
  • Brew your favourite espresso and pour it into the cup with the flavored condensed milk.
  • Finish with a generous dollop of your flavoured whipped cream. Store any leftover whipped cream in the fridge for easy access later.
