White Chocolate Irish Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups baker's white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or baker's chocolate
  • 10 drops Hedessent Irish Cream Flavour Drops

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch x 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, set aside.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, add sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir until they start melting together.
  • Once melted, add in Hedessent Irish Cream and mix together well. Pour into lined baking tray.
  • Dot the top of the white chocolate mixture with melted chocolate chips. Use a butter knife to swirl the chocolate creating a marbled effect.
  • Let this sit in your fridge for 5-6 hours. Once the fudge is solid, it's ready to cut into smaller bars, and enjoy!
