Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add yogurt, oil, lemon juice, zest, Vanilla flavour, and Yuzu (if using). Mix until smooth.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined — do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool completely before glazing.
