Spread the mixture out on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
After baking, let the mix cool for at least an hour to allow the flavours to develop.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks—if it lasts that long!
