Ingredients

Golden Citrus Jello:

Bright and tropical with a hint of coconut and rum.

  • 1 sachet gelatin powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup white rum
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Hedessent Lemon Natural
  • Yellow food colouring optional

Berry Blush Jello:

Rich and fruity with raspberry notes and a red wine base.

  • 1 sachet gelatin powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup red wine
  • ¼ cup plain tonic water
  • 1 tsp Hedessent Raspberry
  • Red food colouring optional

Amber Sunset Jello:

Warm and sweet with bourbon and a burst of apricot and orange.

  • 1 sachet gelatin powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup bourbon
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tsp Hedessent Apricot Natural
  • Orange food coloring optional

Green Zest Jello:

Refreshing and bold with tequila, cucumber, lime, and ginger.

  • 1 sachet gelatin powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup tequila
  • 2 tbsp fresh cucumber juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp Hedessent Ginger Natural
  • Green food coloring optional

Optional Garnish

  • Edible glitter
  • Sparkly sugar
  • Fresh cucumber slivers
  • Dried orange peel

Instructions

Preparation Method – Make Each Flavor Separately:

To achieve the vibrant, layered effect of a Jello Bento Box, prepare each flavor individually. Follow the steps below for each of the four distinct flavors.

  • Boil one cup of water and pour into a bowl with gelatin and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add the liquor, juices, and Hedessent flavoring. Stir thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for six hours until set.
  • Once set, slice the jello into small pieces and dust with edible glitter or sparkly sugar.

Notes

Pro Tip: Create layers by pouring different flavours on top of each other for a multi-coloured effect.
