- 1 sachet gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup red wine
- ¼ cup plain tonic water
- 1 tsp Hedessent Raspberry
- Red food colouring optional
Amber Sunset Jello:
Warm and sweet with bourbon and a burst of apricot and orange.
- 1 sachet gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup bourbon
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tsp Hedessent Apricot Natural
- Orange food coloring optional
Green Zest Jello:
Refreshing and bold with tequila, cucumber, lime, and ginger.
- 1 sachet gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- ¾ cup tequila
- 2 tbsp fresh cucumber juice
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp Hedessent Ginger Natural
- Green food coloring optional
Optional Garnish
- Edible glitter
- Sparkly sugar
- Fresh cucumber slivers
- Dried orange peel
Preparation Method – Make Each Flavor Separately:
To achieve the vibrant, layered effect of a Jello Bento Box, prepare each flavor individually. Follow the steps below for each of the four distinct flavors.
Boil one cup of water and pour into a bowl with gelatin and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Add the liquor, juices, and Hedessent flavoring. Stir thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for six hours until set.
Once set, slice the jello into small pieces and dust with edible glitter or sparkly sugar.
Pro Tip: Create layers by pouring different flavours on top of each other for a multi-coloured effect.
