Jalapeño Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 6 drops Jalapeño Flavour Drops adjust to preference
  • 8-10 drops Garlic Flavour Drops adjust to preference
  • 3 drops Chili Hot Flavour Drops adjust to desired heat
  • 3 drops Aromatic Herbs Flavour
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Coating

  • ½ cup crushed pretzels
  • 2-3 tbsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, lemon juice and salt.
  • Add all flavour drops and mix well until fully incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball.
  • Roll the cheese ball in crushed pretzels or paprika to coat, adding crunch or colour.
  • Chill for 15 minutes before serving with crackers and/or veggies.
