Coconut Mojito Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp agave adjust to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice adjust to taste
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp Hedessent Mojito Flavour Drops
  • 40 drops Hedessent Coconut Flavour Drops
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In an 8-inch baking dish, pour in the coconut cream, lime juice, agave, lime zest, and flavour drops.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Place the dish in the freezer and let it chill for approximately 1 hour.
  • Remove the dish from the freezer and use a fork to break up the ice crystals. Return the dish to the freezer, repeating this step every few hours until completely frozen.
  • When ready to serve, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften. Spoon into a small glass, top with a pinch of salt, and enjoy.
