Place the dish in the freezer and let it chill for approximately 1 hour.
Remove the dish from the freezer and use a fork to break up the ice crystals. Return the dish to the freezer, repeating this step every few hours until completely frozen.
When ready to serve, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften. Spoon into a small glass, top with a pinch of salt, and enjoy.
