Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Pudding

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • cup milk of your choice dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ - 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave adjust to preference
  • 25 drops Hedessent Coconut Flavour Drops
  • 20 drops Hedessent Papaya Flavour Drops

Fruit Topping

  • 4 cups peaches chopped into 1-inch cubes
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar depending on taste
  • 10 drops Hedessent Sour Wizard Flavour Enhancer
  • 20 drops Hedessent Papaya or Pineapple Flavour Drops dealer's choice

Optional

  • ½ cup chopped toasted nuts ( almonds, walnuts, or pistachios

Instructions

  • Whisk together the pudding ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
  • In a separate bowl, combine peaches with sugar and flavour drops. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • To serve, spoon pudding and fruit topping into bowls and top with toasted nuts for a bit of crunch.

For a fancier presentation, layer pudding and fruit in clear glasses for a parfait effect.
