Make the white layer: In a small bowl, stir together coconut milk, condensed milk, and Custard Cream Flavour. Pour into popsicle moulds, filling halfway. Freeze until firm (1–2 hours).
Make the red layer: In a blender, combine diced strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and Pomegranate Flavour. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or flavour as needed. For an extra-smooth finish, strain through a fine mesh sieve (optional).
Assemble: Once the white layer is frozen, gently pour the strawberry-pomegranate mix overtop. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until completely set (at least 6hrs to overnight).
To release: Run the moulds under warm water for a few seconds, then pop out and enjoy!
