Cook the waffles according to the package instructions. (Feeling fancy? Make your own waffles using a waffle maker!)
Cut the waffles into small pieces, each the size of a single waffle pocket.
Add the whipped feta to a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice.
Pipe a dollop of feta onto each waffle bite.
Top each with an olive half and garnish with a small parsley leaf.
