White Chocolate Passion Fruit Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 10 drops Hedessent Passion Fruit Flavouring
  • 1 orange, to zest

Instructions

  • Heat a small pan to low-heat and pour in sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Mix both ingredients until they start melting together.
  • Once melted, add in Hedessent Passion Fruit and mix together well
  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and pour in your fudge mixture.
  • Zest one orange on top of the fudge, while it’s still melty and warm
  • Let this set in your fridge for 5-6 hours. Once the fudge is solid, it’s ready to cut into smaller bars, and enjoy!
