Combine sugar and boiling water until sugar dissolves. Stir in Hedessent Fig Flavour to balsmamic vinegar. Toss fig quarters in mixture
Preheat oven to 350°. Place figs in shallow baking dish and roast for 8-10 minutes until soft. Reserve balsamic juices for drizzle.
Using stand mixer or handheld mixer, whip cheese with almond milk until fluffy. Add Hedessent Fig and Garlic flavourings. Whip and combine.
To Assemble: Place 1 tbsp chashew cheese on crostini. Top with 1/2-1 teaspoon chipped almonds and fig quarter. Top with sage leaf and drizzle with balsamic mixture.
