2 slices thick-cut bread, 10 drops Hedessent Black Truffle Flavour, 3 tbsp mayonnaise
Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy skillet over medium heat; cook bread slices, turning once, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spread mozzarella over one slice and squeeze Pesto flavour and Mushroom Porcino flavour all over. Sandwich with remaining bread and flip over the sandwich. Cook until melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
