Prepare fruits and other foods for dipping. Recommend using strawberries, bananas, kiwi, apple slices, or pretzels, sponge cake cubed. Have fun with it!
Heat the cream and pinch of salt in a sauce pan on medium heat until you see tiny bubbles and you get a slow simmer.
Remove cream from heat, add in 20-25 drops of Hedessent flavouring, along with chocolate chips and whisk until smooth and evenly blended.
Transfer flavoured chocolate into fondue pot, or small crockpot, heated on low. Serve immediately along with prepared fruits and goodies for dipping.
