Top Vanilla Bourbon Layer:
1ripe banana
1/2cupthick yogurt (dairy or dairy-free alternative)
20dropsHedessent Vanilla Bourbon flavour

Instructions
Bottom Carrot Cake Layer:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. This layer needs to be very thick to hold the weight of the top two layers.
When adding ingredients, start with 1/4 cup of milk and add more, one tablespoon at a time, until there's enough liquid to blend. Approximately 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons worked perfectly in our case.
Once blended, divide between two glasses.
Middle Pumpkin Spice Layer:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Divide between the two glasses, carefully layering on top of the bottom layer.
Top Vanilla Bourbon Layer:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Divide between the two glasses, carefully layering on top of the middle layer. Enjoy immediately, layer by layer or mix before consuming.
Optional
If you prefer cold shakes/smoothies, add a handful of ice to each layer before blending. You may need to add a little extra milk to ensure a smooth blend.
